Step 1 — Find a listing
Search for available rooms from the home page. Browse the results and open a listing that looks like a good match.
Step 2 — Send a message
On the listing page, the contact form is in the panel on the right side. Type your message and click Send Message.
Your message will go to the advertiser's inbox, and they will receive an email notification.
Step 3 — Wait for a reply
When they reply you will receive an email notification. Log in and click Inbox at the top of the page to read and respond.
Tips for a good first message:
- Introduce yourself — your name, occupation or study, and a little about your lifestyle
- Mention when you are looking to move in and how long for
- Ask any questions you have about the room or the household
- Be friendly and specific — a personalised message stands out from a generic one
