Looking for 1, 2 or 3 housemates to take over a lease in our North Richmond share house ASAP. Whether you're a group of 3, a pair, or flying solo - we can work something out. Boys and girls both welcome.

The house has been home for the past 18 months - we all met on working holiday visas three years ago and have genuinely loved living here. Everyone's visas are wrapping up except mine (getting sponsored to stay), so we need to find some good people to take over.

The vibe: Social but not chaotic. We've had some great times here — parties when it's called for, quiet nights when it's not. Looking for people who are clean, respectful and easy to live with. Good energy is non-negotiable.

Rent: $5,345/month split between everyone - works out to ~$1,336 per room if 4 of you, less rooms means the split adjusts accordingly. Bills (power, gas, water, internet) split on top

The house - 8 Lincoln St, North Richmond:
Was unfurnished when we moved in, we've kitted it out properly over the past 18 months so the communal areas are fully sorted. Rooms can be furnished or unfurnished, we'll work it out.

Callum, 26 — Operations Planner. Into the gym, going to events and good music. Easy to live with, keep the place clean and expect the same. Not looking for best mates necessarily, just good people who are easy to share a space with and can have a laugh.

The lease:
Fixed-term lease transfer from 20th June, managed through Xynergy Realty. All new tenants will need to pass standard rental checks — references and NTD check.
