- Parking is available on a first-come, first-serve, secure underground or off street-parking.
- Double fridge has fully equipped filtered water and ice maker anytime every time.

Your room is fully furnished, so you can simply move in and feel at home. It includes a brand-new bed frame and mattress with fresh linen, pillows and blanket, a make-up desk, study table, HP desktop computer with full setup, an ergonomic office chair, bedside table, IKEA open wardrobe with jewellery compartments, and clothes drying stand.

The apartment has a shared kitchen, bathroom, internal laundry, and a spacious outdoor balcony where you can unwind, study, or simply relax.
The master bedroom is your own private space.
I stay in a separate half partitioned area of the lounge 5m x 7m, so your privacy and comfort will not be affected. Access to balcony, kitchen, bathroom and laundry are completely private.

One of the best things about living here is the location. It's just a 5-minute walk to Seven Hills Train Station, with a bus stop right in front of the building.

The Seven Hills Shopping Centre is within walking distance, the RSL Club is only 2 minutes away, and the hospital is around a 15-minute walk, making it an ideal location for students, backpackers, working holidays and working professionals alike.

Safety & Security is also a priority. The building features secure fob access to the main entrance, lift, apartment, a camera is installed at the entry door, and private rooftop BBQ area for residents, along with secure visitor parking.
