If your listing is not appearing in search results, work through the checks below.
Check 1 — Can you log in?
If you cannot log in, your account may have been deactivated. Go to the login page, click Resend Activation, and follow the instructions in the email.
Check 2 — Is your listing active?
If you previously turned off the Active toggle on your listing, it will not appear in search results. Go to My Listings → Edit listing → Overview tab, scroll to the bottom, turn the Active toggle on, and click Save.
Check 3 — Are your availability dates current?
Listings with availability dates set in the past may be automatically deactivated. Go to My Listings → Edit listing, update your availability dates to a current or future date, and save.
Check 4 — Is your address set correctly?
When entering your address, you must select one of the suggestions that appear as you type. If you typed the address without selecting a suggestion, your listing cannot be correctly placed on the map and may not appear in suburb searches.
To fix this: go to My Listings → Edit listing → Overview tab, clear the address field, start typing your address again, and this time select a suggestion from the dropdown. Click Save.
Check 5 — Have you tried a wider search area?
If you are searching for your own listing, try broadening the search area. Your listing may be appearing but outside the default search radius.
