How do I indicate my listing is not available?

There are two ways to indicate that your room is not currently available, depending on whether you want to stay visible in search or disappear entirely.

Option 1 — Update your availability dates

Use this if you know when the room will be free again. Your listing stays visible in search but shows the updated dates.

  1. Log in and click My Listings in the Dashboard sidebar.
  2. Click Edit listing.
  3. Go to the Bedrooms tab (Room by Room) or scroll to the availability fields (Entire Property).
  4. Update the Available From date.
  5. Click Save.

Option 2 — Hide your listing

Use this to remove your listing from search results entirely — for example, if you are going on holiday or are unsure when you will next have a room available.

  1. Log in and click My Listings in the Dashboard sidebar.
  2. Click Edit listing.
  3. On the Overview tab, scroll to the bottom and turn off the Active toggle.
  4. Click Save.

To make it visible again, turn the Active toggle back on and save.

Tip: Listings with availability dates in the past may be automatically deactivated. Keep your dates current even when your room is occupied.
