You must be logged in to contact someone looking for a room. If you are not yet registered, register for free.
Step 1 — Find a room wanted ad
Search your area and click the Flatmates tab to see room wanted ads from people looking for a room. Open a profile that looks like a good match.
Step 2 — Send a message
On their profile page, use the contact form to send them a message. They will receive an email notification.
Step 3 — Wait for a reply
When they reply you will receive an email notification. Log in and click Inbox at the top of the page to read and respond.
Tips for a good first message:
- Introduce yourself and your household or living situation
- Mention your location and any nearby transport, universities, or amenities
- Describe what is included — bills, Wi-Fi, laundry, parking
- Ask about their preferred move-in date and length of stay
