Registering is free and takes just a few minutes. Once registered, you can create room listings as a host, post room wanted ads as a guest, or do both — there is no restriction on account type.
Step 1 — Go to the registration page
Click Register at the top of any page, or go directly to /register.
Step 2 — Complete the registration form
Fill in your name, email address, and a password. Make sure your email address is correct — you will receive an activation email at this address.
Step 3 — Activate your account
Check your email inbox for an activation message from SpareRoom. Click the activation link in the email to confirm your account.
Can't find the activation email? Check your spam or junk folder. If it is not there, go to the login page and click Resend Activation at the bottom of the form.
Step 4 — Log in
Once activated, go to the login page, enter your email and password, and click Log In. You will be taken to your Dashboard where you can create a listing or post a room wanted ad.
Important: You must activate your account before you can log in. If you try to log in without activating, you will see an error message.
