Availability dates tell guests when your room is free. Keeping them accurate avoids wasted enquiries and helps your listing stay active in search results.
How to update availability dates
- Log in and click My Listings in the Dashboard sidebar.
- Click Edit listing.

Room by Room: Go to the Bedrooms tab and update the Available From date for each room.
Entire Property: The availability dates are in the Overview section. - Click Save.
When to update
- When a guest moves in — set the date to when the room will next be free
- When a guest moves out — set the date to today so the listing shows as available immediately
Listings with availability dates in the past may be automatically deactivated. If your listing disappears from search results, check your availability dates first.
