My listing doesn't appear when searching a suburb

The most common cause is an incorrectly saved address. When you enter your address, you must select one of the dropdown suggestions that appear as you type — pressing Enter without selecting a suggestion means your location cannot be correctly placed on the map.

How to fix your address

  1. Log in and click My Listings in the Dashboard sidebar.
  2. Click Edit listing.
  3. In the Overview tab, clear the address field and start typing your address again.
  4. Wait for the dropdown suggestions to appear and click the correct address from the list.
  5. Click Save.

Once your address is correctly saved, a map will appear on your listing page and your property will appear in suburb searches.

Other things to check

  • No map on your listing? This is a sign your address is not correctly geocoded — follow the steps above.
  • Correct address but still not showing? Try increasing the search radius. Your listing may be just outside the default search area.
