The most common cause is an incorrectly saved address. When you enter your address, you must select one of the dropdown suggestions that appear as you type — pressing Enter without selecting a suggestion means your location cannot be correctly placed on the map.
How to fix your address
- Log in and click My Listings in the Dashboard sidebar.
- Click Edit listing.
- In the Overview tab, clear the address field and start typing your address again.
- Wait for the dropdown suggestions to appear and click the correct address from the list.
- Click Save.
Once your address is correctly saved, a map will appear on your listing page and your property will appear in suburb searches.
Other things to check
- No map on your listing? This is a sign your address is not correctly geocoded — follow the steps above.
- Correct address but still not showing? Try increasing the search radius. Your listing may be just outside the default search area.
