What we do
We provide the tools for both sides to find each other, communicate, and make their own informed decisions. This includes:
- A secure messaging system so both parties can ask questions before committing
- Phone number verification so members can confirm their number is genuine
- The ability for advertisers to upload photos of their property
- A reporting system for flagging suspicious listings or profiles
What we do not do
We do not visit properties, interview members, check references, or guarantee the suitability of any listing or person on the site. Both parties should conduct their own due diligence before entering into any arrangement.
